1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering an account on promptsnap.in ("PromptSnap"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Account Tiers & Usage Limits
- Free Tier: Registered free accounts receive 100% unlimited access to browse and copy all Free-tier prompts. Exclusive Premium prompts, guides, and document downloads require upgrading to PromptSnap Premium or purchasing individual prompt unlocks.
- Pro Subscription: For a single annual fee of ₹199, Pro members receive 365 days of 100% unlimited prompt copies, 4K resolution preview downloads, PDF cheat sheet exports, and early access to newly published formulas.
- Fair Use: Pro accounts are intended for single-human professional use. Account sharing, credential reselling, and automated data extraction are strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property & Commercial License
All prompt formulas, engineering syntax, and parameter recipes published on PromptSnap are provided under a royalty-free license for personal and commercial generative AI projects. You retain 100% ownership of all digital outputs (images, videos, audio tracks, written copy) generated by your AI tools using formulas sourced from PromptSnap.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, or headless scripts to mirror the PromptSnap database.
- Attempt to bypass rate limiters, security sandboxes, or payment gateways.
- Submit or distribute prompts designed to generate illegal, sexually explicit, defamatory, or harmful content.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimers
PromptSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and regularly verify prompt syntax against model updates (Midjourney, OpenAI, Suno), third-party AI model developers may update their underlying weights or tokenizer at any time, which may alter generation outputs.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with PromptSnap shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
