1. 24-Hour Money-Back Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with PromptSnap Pro. If within 24 hours of your initial Pro subscription activation (₹199/year) you find the platform does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation penalties. Any refund request submitted after 24 hours from the exact transaction timestamp is strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

• The refund request must be submitted strictly within 24 hours of the original payment transaction timestamp. Requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible.
• The transaction must have been processed directly on promptsnap.in through our official Razorpay checkout.
• Each customer is eligible for one refund per account to prevent fraudulent abuse.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submitting a refund request is straightforward and requires no complex paperwork:

1. Send an email from your registered PromptSnap email address to help@promptsnap.in or WhatsApp us directly.
2. Include the subject line: [Refund Request] - Registered Email Address.
3. Provide your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your email receipt, e.g., pay_...).
4. Briefly share why you are unsatisfied so our engineering team can improve the prompt repository.

4. Fast 2-Hour Processing Timelines & Payout Method

Once your refund request is received within the 24-hour window, our support team validates the transaction and initiates the payout through Razorpay within 2 hours.

Funds are credited directly back to the original source of payment:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm): Typically credited within 2 to 24 hours.
• Debit / Credit Cards: 2 to 5 banking business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Net Banking: 2 to 4 banking business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation & Non-Refundable Period

PromptSnap does not enforce auto-renewing hidden charges. Your Pro plan is an annual pass lasting 365 days from the date of purchase. You will never be billed automatically without your explicit consent. Since digital prompt formulas and media resources are immediately unlocked upon purchase, no refunds are issued once the 24-hour window from payment has passed.
